Frequently Asked Questions About FieldhouseUSA Party Packages

• Q: When can I schedule a Birthday Party?
  • A: You can schedule a Birthday Party any day of the week but our main times are Friday 6pm-8pm, Saturdays from 11am-8pm and Sundays from 12pm-6pm.
• Q: How do I book a Birthday Party?
  • A: You can book a Party over the phone or in person at Fieldhouse USA. There is a $100 deposit required to make a reservation along with some information needed.
• Q: When do I pay my Party Package balance?
  • A: At the end of your Party you will pay the remaining Party Package balance and how ever many additional participants you had.
• Q: How far in advance do I need to book the Birthday Party?
  • A: Parties are usually booked 4-6 weeks in advance. We do not take bookings further out since we make space available based on League Play and Tournaments.
• Q: What do I need to bring to my Party?
  • A: You need to bring the cake of your choice. We also recommend you bring a small case of water bottles. (No juices, sports drinks etc) We have a water fountain but the kids enjoy water on the court. You may also bring “Goodie Bags” for the kids.
• Q: What is a “Willies Burger House Meal”?
  • A: A “Willies Burger House Meal” is a meal for the child. Meal choices are 2 chicken tenders, hot dog or hamburger all served with fries and a drink. Ten meals are included in the Party price. Each additional participant is $12 which includes there play time and meal.
• Q: Do I need to know the meal choices before the Party?
  • A: No, we take all orders at the beginning of the Party. The food is prepared while the kids play on the court.
• Q: What ages do your Parties accommodate??
  • A: We accommodate 4-16 yrs olds.
• Q: What is included in a Party Package?
  • A: We provide a Party Host, meals for up to 10 kids (Birthday kid is included in the 10, each additional participant is $12) decorated Party Area, all paper products, candles for the cake, cake cutting utensils, all equipment to play the sports and a waiver/invitation.
• Q: Where is the Party held?
  • A: The Party Area is located at the front of Fieldhouse USA and is used for the food, cake and presents. The sport activities are on one hard court. The whole court is reserved for the Party.
• Q: What is the Party Structure?
  • A: When the kids arrive we take all there food orders. They are then lead to there court where they will play there sport choices for 1 hour or 1.5 hours depending on the Party Package. When there court time is over they go wash there hands and head back to the Party Area to eat. After eating we collect the trash and serve the cake.
• Q: Is there someone from Fieldhouse USA leading the Party?
  • A: Yes, we provide a Party Host. They help take the food orders, lead the court activities, serve the food and cake and assist with any Party needs.
• Q: What sport games do they play??
  • A: They get there choice of 2 or 3 sports. They can choose from soccer, flag football, basketball, dodgeball, kickball and volleyball.
• Q: Is it safe to play the games on the hard courts especially soccer and football?
  • A: Yes, it is safe. We have many practices for all sports on the hard courts. The kids play “single hand touch” football and we provide mini soccer goals on the courts.
• Q: Do you provide all the sport equipment? ie. Balls, football flags
  • A: Yes, we provide all needed equipment for the sport activities
• Q: Is there a maximum number of kids for a Party?
  • A: No, we try to keep the Party Host ratio 1:12/15 so we have more Hosts to accommodate your Party size.
• Q: What if I have 40-50 kids or more for a Party?
  • A: We can accommodate you. We have many Parties that size. The package includes two courts of sport activities and pizza with drinks. Please call for special pricing.
