Refund Policy

Fieldhouse USA (Sports Village Operation I, LLC) appreciates your patronage and would like to provide a world class experience both online and in our facilities. In the event that a registration has been paid for and finalized and a return is necessary, you must place a request for refund in person with our offices during business hours (9am – 5pm) within two weeks of the transaction. A $25.00 service charge will be applied for refunds requested and approved prior to the registration closing date of the applicable sport. Refunds will not made for any reason two weeks after the transaction or after registration for the applicable sports has closed.
