Terrance M. CaseyTerrance M. (Terry) Casey owns and manages Casey International, Inc. (CII), a commercial real estate company with headquarters in Dallas, Texas. CII is primarily engaged in the acquisition of well-located properties in key markets. CII evaluates each property on its location, construction quality, reproduction cost and upside potential. Mr. Casey has worked very hard over the last decade to build relationships with qualified investors, sellers, and buyers. The Casey Portfolio includes properties exclusively owned by Mr. Casey or partnerships developed with investment dollars from private and corporate investors. In all cases, Mr. Casey invests its own money in these Partnerships and is the Managing Partner. Mr. Casey has a successful sixteen year track record in real estate acquisition. His accomplishments have resulted in a number of articles written about him and his organization. Industry publications point to hisgoal-oriented outlook, which also carries over to his enjoyment of marathon running and “go the extra mile” attitude. These attributes frequently enable him to surpass his own projections and prevail over larger, better known competitors resulting in his remarkable success. Mr. Casey has been a Dallas resident for 19 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Mr. Casey holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. Jerry R. Crenshaw, Jr.Mr. Crenshaw is a Managing Partner in UDC Global, a full-service real estate development company based in Ft. Worth, Texas, which owns more than $250 million of high quality retail, residential and hospitality development projects. Prior to joining UDC Global, Jerry Crenshaw was with Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, a real estate investment trust listed on the NYSE, which he joined shortly before its inception in May 1994. Since that time he had held various positions in the company, including Controller, Vice President-Finance, Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director-Chief Financial Officer. From 1999 to April 2007, Mr. Crenshaw was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Crescent and part of its executive management team as well as a member of its investment committee. Crescent over this time frame grew from $400 million to over $6 billion in assets consisting of a diversified collection of real estate investments primarily in office, hotel/resorts, residential developments, refrigerated warehouses and mezzanine loans. Mr. Crenshaw was involved in all aspects of acquiring, developing, financing, asset managing and selling of this real estate over the years. Crescent’s financing arrangements consisted of secured and unsecured debt, bond offerings, line of credit facilities and common and preferred equity issuances. Mr. Crenshaw also, was a member of the board of directors for several real estate investments in which Crescent owned a partial interest. Crescent’s residential development investments totaled over $1.5 billion in assets consisting primarily of The Woodlands in Houston, TX, Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ , Mira Vista in Fort Worth,TX and Crescent Resort Development in Beaver Creek, Co. Mr. Crenshaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executive Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and Urban Land Institute. Gary L. OliverGary L. Oliver is the Director of Operations for the Sports Village project. Mr. Oliver has been one of the winningest high school football coaches in the state of Texas over the last five seasons. Mr. Oliver’s teams have won four District Championships, three Regional Championships and two State Championships. He has won Coach of the Year honors for the past five seasons and has had 22 players sign scholarships to play college football. Mr. Oliver is the first to say that he is fortunate to have had outstanding players and coaches under his leadership who were dedicated and committed to being champions. As a head football coach Mr. Oliver has a winning percentage of .712 and ranks as one of the top coaches in the State of Texas. Mr. Oliver has an aggressive attacking style of offense that has allowed his teams to rank as one of the top teams in the state. Mr. Oliver began coaching in 1991 as a graduate assistant for Texas A&M University. He coached for the Aggies in 1991 and 1992 winning Conference Championships both seasons. Mr. Oliver enjoyed a successful seven-year college coaching career with stints at Southern Methodist University and also as offensive coordinator at Sam Houston State University before becoming an athletic director and head football coach at the high school level. Mr. Oliver began his playing career as a walk-on football player at Texas A&M University in 1986. He earned a full athletic scholarship in his first year and finished his career as a three-year starter for the Aggies at wide receiver. The Aggie football team enjoyed much success with Mr. Oliver as their starting receiver winning two Conference Championships and playing in the Cotton Bowl twice, Sun Bowl and also the Holiday Bowl. Mr. Oliver has a successful nineteen year track record in the athletic arena. He has volunteered much of this time coaching thousands of kids in basketball, baseball, softball and football in youth programs across the state. He is a man who makes a good impression with his straight forward approach and passion for athletics. He has a remarkable ability to create a working environment which fosters trust and loyalty among both athletes and coaches. Mr. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Arts in Science and a Masters in Education, both from Texas A&M University. |
