A common exercise included in most resistance training programs is the lat pulldown. PRLog (Press Release) – May 08, 2009 – The Southern Classic Roundball Invitational (SCRI) is known as one of the largest Pro-Am summer basketball tournaments in the southeast. Michael and Alicia Reckord founded this “grass-roots” event in 2002. Held every third weekend in August in Atlanta, GA; this event started with ten teams primarily from the Metro Atlanta area and a few out of state teams. Teams were derived of players with the ability and desire to play at the highest level with limited avenues to do so. Full Story
